Dog-Friendly Coworking in Massachusetts: Bring Your Dog to Work

If you've ever tried to find dog-friendly office space in Massachusetts, you already know how short that list is. Most coworking spaces and executive suites have a standard no-pets policy. We get it — not everyone wants a golden retriever wandering past their video call.

But at Workspace Braintree and Workspace Beverly, we've made a different call. Dogs are welcome.

Why We Did It

A significant share of our members are remote professionals who work from home specifically because they didn't want to leave their dogs behind. That's a real thing. But working from home has real costs — distraction, isolation, the slow erosion of the boundary between work and not work.

Dog-friendly coworking solves that problem. You get a professional environment, a real desk, fast internet, and your dog under the desk where they belong.

How It Works

There's no complicated application process or pet deposit. Dogs are welcome as long as they're well-behaved, leashed in common areas, and you clean up after them. The space is comfortable, clean, and doesn't smell like a kennel — we take that seriously.

If you're on a video call and your dog decides to make a cameo, nobody here is going to complain. That said, we do ask that you're mindful of other members. A quiet, calm dog is a great coworker. A dog who needs a lot of attention during the day might be better suited for a day when the space is less busy.

What You Get at Workspace Braintree and Beverly

Beyond the dog policy, both locations are full-service coworking spaces with everything you'd expect from a professional environment: high-speed internet, a professional business mailing address, bookable meeting rooms, and responsive staff who actually know your name.

Coworking memberships are month-to-month. Day passes are available if you want to try it before committing. Private offices are also available if you need your own door — and yes, your dog can come to a private office too.

Who This Is For

Dog-friendly coworking tends to attract a specific type of member: remote professionals who are tired of the isolation of working from home, small business owners who want a professional address without a long-term lease, and people who just want a better work setup without leaving their dog behind.

If that's you, come see the space. Bring the dog.

Where We Are

Dog-friendly coworking is available at Workspace Braintree on the South Shore (easy access from Route 3 and Route 93) and Workspace Beverly on the North Shore. We also have locations in Canton, Cohasset, and Hingham.
