Yes, Braintree is the one Workspace location that doesn't offer coworking. The footprint is seven thousand square feet and it's built top-to-bottom as private offices for solos and small teams. If you need a coworking seat on the South Shore, Hingham and Canton both offer it; for the North Shore it's Beverly or Cohasset.

Braintree is the right choice when quick access to Boston matters, commuter rail and Route 3 are right there. Hingham is central to the South Shore with coworking and a headquarters feel. Canton is on the Route 128 corridor with coworking and an audience that pulls from surrounding towns. If you need coworking, Hingham or Canton is the call. No. Every Workspace agreement is tenant-at-will with sixty-day notice. If you sign for six months we waive the first month, but it's never a requirement.
