Our membership grew by 20%!
Workspace saw an increase of 25-30% in revenue in 2023!
We closed out the year at 95% capacity across all 4 locations.
Highlights:
Workspace celebrated 8 years in business in August!
We partnered with local businesses to provide Member Benefits.

- Instituted a Member Referral Program
We continued to give back to our local Communities.
- Scituate Community Christmas Cornhole Tournament: donated three months of free coworking to their silent auction
- Hosted the Cohasset Education Foundation fundraiser at Work Station
- Moonlight & Miracles Gala for South Shore Health: donated three months of free coworking to their silent auction
- Foster Elementary School Golf Tournament: sponsored a Hole in the First Annual Golf Tournament for Foster Elementary School in Hingham
We hosted Lunch & Learns at Workspace@Shipyard and Work Station which were open to all members as well as non-members.
We brought food trucks to Workspace@Shipyard to the delight of our members and our neighbors in the building. Foodies from surrounding towns also took advantage of the delicious cuisine conveniently available right off Route 3A in our parking lot.
We added amenities to improve private offices and shared space.
- Whiteboards installed in over 20 offices across all locations
- Outfitted many offices with standing desks by Vari
- Upgraded many office chairs
- Energy-efficient light fixtures installed at Work Station-Cohasset
- Added The Nautical Collection artwork installation at Work Station-Cohasset
