Frequently asked questions

How does a Workspace private office compare to a commercial lease?

A commercial lease typically locks you in for three to five years with base rent + CAM charges + utilities + internet + cleaning + furniture + build-out, each a separate cost to negotiate and manage. A Workspace private office is tenant-at-will with sixty-day notice (or a six-month agreement that waives the first month), fully furnished, with utilities and cleaning included, plus unlimited meeting room time. One flat monthly fee. The dollar we quote is the last dollar you'll spend.

What does "all-in" mean?

It means the number on your agreement is the entire cost of being a member. No CAM charges, no utilities bill, no internet invoice, no cleaning contract, no printing fees, no parking fees where parking is included. If something changes, we tell you in advance, we don't send surprise line items at the end of the month.

Tenant-at-will or six-month, which should I pick?

Tenant-at-will is the default: month-to-month, sixty-day notice from either side. It's the right fit when you value flexibility. A six-month agreement commits you for six months, we waive the first month in exchange. Pick six-month if you're confident you'll be in the space and want a free month; pick tenant-at-will if you want the option to leave cleanly if circumstances change.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Yes. Some members bring in personal touches, a favorite chair, a standing desk, a preferred monitor setup. The office is yours during the agreement. Just keep an eye on what needs to leave when you do.

Can my team have multiple offices at one location?

Yes. Many of our team members hold two or three adjacent offices or a larger suite-style setup. Talk to us on the tour, we'll walk the floor plan and find a fit.

What about mail, packages, and reception?

Mail and packages are received and held for you at every Workspace location, USPS-compliant, with notification when something arrives. There isn't a formal reception desk, but the on-site team helps direct visitors when you're expecting them.

Is the internet secure enough for an attorney, CPA, or mental-health practitioner?

Standard member Wi-Fi is business-grade and encrypted. For attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and HIPAA-sensitive practices, we offer Workspace SecureConnect, a dedicated private network (VLAN) that's isolated from general member traffic, $75/month flat. Available at all five locations.

Can I try before signing?

A tour is the fastest way to know. Walks take about fifteen minutes and include the office, the common areas, the meeting rooms, and whoever's on-site that day. Book a tour and we'll set it up, no pressure, no commitment.
