A look ahead at 2023 with Workspace owner, Justin Moran

Workspace is kicking off the New Year with renovations in two locations and plans for further expansion.

At Work Station in Cohasset, we’re adding seven new private offices to meet the continuing demand from those who have settled into a flexible work lifestyle permanently. We’re also replacing the existing lighting to brighten the space and save on electricity demand. If you’ve visited Work Station, you know it’s bathed in natural light from an abundance of large windows. The lighting upgrade will benefit those with interior offices…and everyone on the days the sun doesn’t shine. As an added bonus, we’ll be reducing our carbon footprint and saving money.

The reception area and meeting room at Workspace@Shipyard in Hingham are getting a makeover with new flooring and the existing lighting here will also be replaced with a more energy-efficient style.

With each of our locations nearing full capacity, Justin is currently working on expansion plans in Braintree (his third there since opening in September 2021) and is searching for the next perfect Workspace location, possibly in Boston.

When asked about letting our community in on some of the big-picture plans for 2023, Justin stated, “We are constantly thinking of creative ways to expand Workspace and its membership while focusing on what has got us to where we are now. Our hands-on approach and focus on the individual needs of each member have let us grow to where we are today.”

Keeping busy and growing the business seems to be the New Year’s Resolutions for Justin and Workspace.
