At Workspace, we’re always inspired by the wealth of knowledge and experience within our member community—and this month, we’re especially excited to highlight one of them, Cabot Earle.

Cabot is the founder and former CEO of Metiri Group, an environmental testing laboratory that analyzes water, soil, and air for contaminants. Today, as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, he leads corporate development, overseeing transactions that fuel the company’s growth.

A two-time founder and three-time CEO, Cabot has led family-owned, family-office-owned, and private-equity-owned businesses. With both business and law degrees and years of hands-on experience in small business M&A, he brings a deep and practical understanding of what it takes to build, grow, and eventually transition a business.

We’re thrilled to have Cabot join us for a Lunch & Learn at Work Station-Cohasset on Wednesday, November 19, where he’ll lead a session on a topic close to his heart:

“M&A for the Rest of Us: How Small Business Owners Can Build Value, Plan an Exit, or Grow Through Acquisition.”

This event is FREE and open to the public, so we encourage you to RSVP and join us!

Of course, Cabot is more than an experienced entrepreneur and business strategist. He’s also a devoted husband and father—so before his session, we took a few minutes to get to know what fuels him outside the world of mergers and acquisitions.
