As we searched for Neha’s replacement, Dea stood out as an exceptional candidate thanks to her experience in customer-focused roles that prioritize communication, organization, and creating welcoming environments. As Dea shared, “I enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping things run smoothly. These roles have helped me build strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.”
