Workspace Expands to the North Shore

We are excited to unveil our expansion into Beverly, MA, fondly known as 'The Garden City.' Introducing Workspace Beverly, slated to open on September 1, 2024, at 500 Cummings Center, Suite 6500. Situated just 18 miles north of Boston, and conveniently accessible via Routes 1, 1A, and 128, our latest addition at Cummings Center promises to be an ideal haven for suburban hybrid workers, entrepreneurs, and burgeoning start-ups.
Over the past few years, Workspace’s four South Shore locations have seen a steady increase of interest from local professionals seeking private office space close to home — as evidenced by their over 150 offices near full capacity. After extensive research on the North Shore, owner Justin Moran felt the Beverly community and its surrounding towns could also benefit from the flexible office and coworking services Workspace provides.
