A day office is a private, lockable single-occupant office. A meeting room is a shared conference space with a table and chairs that can host two or more people. If you need a quiet place for one person to work with the door closed, book a day office. If you're hosting a meeting with two-plus people, book a meeting room.
What's included in the price?
Furnished private office, fast business Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee/tea/filtered water, on-site staff during business hours, and free parking. Hourly rates start at $15 ($17 in Beverly), daily rates start at $59.
Hourly or daily — which should I pick?
Hourly if you need it for a specific block (a 90-minute deposition, a two-hour client meeting, an interview). Daily if you want flexibility across a full workday or expect to be there four-plus hours. The daily rate is the better deal beyond about four hours.
Can I just walk in, or do I have to book ahead?
Booking ahead is strongly recommended — day offices fill up, especially Tuesdays through Thursdays. Same-day bookings work when there's availability. Walk-ins depend on the location and the day; on-site staff will check availability if you're already in the building.
How big are the day offices?
Depends on which one you pick. Capacity varies by location and room — the booking system shows the headcount each office accommodates when you select a date and time.
Are meeting rooms included with a day office?
No — meeting rooms are a separate booking. If you need a conference room for part of your day, book one alongside your day office at the published hourly rate ($39/hr at Beverly + Cohasset, $49/hr at Braintree + Canton + Hingham).
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your start time for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable. If your situation is unusual, reach out to the on-site team or Lillian — we'd rather rebook you than lose a future visit.
