Workspace Beverly sits on the Cummings Center campus at the north end of Beverly, right off Route 128 at Exit 19. Covered parking is steps from our front door. Come by for a tour and we'll walk you to our suite directly from your car.
Is parking covered? What about on bad-weather days?+
Yes — covered parking is right at the front door, no meter, no permit, no separate fee. On the worst winter mornings, most members never need a coat between their car and their desk.
What's the commute like from Salem, Peabody, Danvers, or Wenham?+
Cummings Center is roughly fifteen minutes from the North Shore commuter rail and a straight shot off Route 128. Members drive in from Salem, Peabody, Danvers, Wenham, Beverly Farms, and as far north as Newburyport without a meaningful commute.
How does Workspace Beverly compare to LocalWorks or Cummings Executive Suites?+
Three different products on paper, three very different experiences in practice. LocalWorks doesn't staff its space. Cummings Executive Suites is a more traditional executive-suite offering — limited flexibility, limited hospitality. Standard member Wi-Fi is business-grade and encrypted. For attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals who need isolation we offer Workspace SecureConnect — a dedicated private network (VLAN) separate from general traffic, for $75/month. Beverly members who've moved from home offices for compliance reasons sign up for SecureConnect on day one.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?+
No. Every Workspace agreement is tenant-at-will with sixty-day notice. If you sign for six months we waive the first month, but it's never a requirement.
