Is the address USPS-compliant for a Massachusetts LLC?
Yes. All five Workspace locations qualify as a physical business address for Massachusetts LLC formations and federal filings. Many of our virtual-office members file their LLCs with the Workspace Hingham address at 350 Lincoln St — it's the most popular tier for that reason.
What happens when mail arrives?
We receive it at the location, log it, and notify you. From there you choose: pick it up in person next time you're at a Workspace location, have us scan it and email the scan, or forward it physically to any address you specify. Packages are handled the same way.
Can I receive legal service of process?
Yes — many of our members use a Workspace address as their registered office for LLC service. A real on-site team receives certified/registered mail during business hours and logs it the same way as ordinary mail.
Can I use the conference rooms?
Yes — every Virtual Office member gets 30% off the published hourly conference-room rate. That's $27.30/hour at Beverly and Cohasset ($39 × 0.7), or $34.30/hour at Braintree, Canton, and Hingham ($49 × 0.7). Book by the hour, pay the discounted rate, no included-hours tracking to worry about.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Anytime — same sixty-day-notice terms as our other plans. Many members start on Address Only, move to Address + Mail once they start getting real mail, and upgrade to the top tier when client meetings become a regular thing.
Is my mail private and secure?
Yes. Mail is received by on-site Workspace staff, logged against your account, and not opened or reviewed unless you instruct us to (e.g., a scan-and-email request). We follow the same discretion we apply to every other member's mail.
