Coworking
A real office, five minutes from home.
Workspace coworking is a monthly membership for remote workers, early-stage founders, and hybrid professionals who've outgrown the kitchen table and don't need a private office yet. Part-time from $129/month. Full-time from $249/month. All-in, month-to-month, at four Massachusetts locations.

Who coworking at Workspace is for
Remote employees of larger companies
HubSpot engineers, enterprise-tech sales reps, and remote-first teams who want a real office five minutes from home instead of an hour into Boston. One monthly fee, no commute, no kitchen table.
Early-stage founders and solopreneurs
First-time entrepreneurs who don't want a twelve-month lease as their first commitment. Consultants, service businesses, and developers who are past the coffee shop stage but not ready for a private office.
Occasional commuters and hybrid workers
Members on three-days-a-week hybrid schedules who need a professional space for those days. Part-time plans are built for this — scheduled access instead of paying for days you don't use.

Coworking vs. working from home
Working from home is free on paper. In practice, it costs focus, boundaries, and the ability to bring a client in for a real meeting. Here's the honest comparison.
| Working from home | Workspace coworking | |
|---|---|---|
| Environment | Kitchen table, bedroom desk, or rotating coffee shops | A real office. Desks, ergonomic chairs, quiet when you need it |
| Internet | Residential broadband — shared with everyone else streaming | Business-grade fiber, member-only Wi-Fi |
| Client meetings | A coffee shop with espresso machines in the background | A real conference room, included with your plan |
| Distraction | Kids, deliveries, the washing machine buzzing | A professional environment separate from home |
| Focus boundary | Work bleeds into evenings because there's no physical separation | Leave the office. Work stays at the office. |
| Cost | $0 visible / real cost in productivity lost and utilities | One flat monthly fee, from $129 part-time or $249 full-time |
Two plan structures
Pick the plan that fits how often you're actually in the space.
Part-time
From $129/month
Scheduled access for members in the office two or three days a week, plus 6 meeting-room hours per month included. Smaller monthly fee matched to how you actually work.
Full-time
From $249/month
Seven-days-a-week access, mail handling, and 10 meeting-room hours per month included. The right plan if the office is your primary workspace.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between part-time and full-time?
Full-time is unlimited access, seven days a week — a hot-desk is yours to use whenever. Part-time is scheduled access (typically a set number of days a week or month); it's the right plan if you're in the office two or three days a week. Part-time members get the same amenities, just fewer included days. On the tour we'll map your actual schedule to the right plan.
Is coworking available at every Workspace location?
Coworking is available at four of our five locations: Beverly, Canton, Cohasset, and Hingham. Braintree is private-office-only — a seven-thousand-square-foot footprint with no coworking seats. If you want to be in Braintree, a private office is the option; for coworking, any of the other four works.
Do I get a reserved desk or a hot-desk?
Coworking is hot-desk — grab whichever open seat works for the day. Members who want a reserved spot typically graduate to a private office; hot-desking works especially well for three-to-four-days-a-week members who don't need the same chair twice.
Are meeting rooms included?
Yes — every coworking plan includes meeting-room hours. Part-time coworking includes 6 hours/month; full-time coworking includes 10 hours/month. Hours reset monthly and can be used at your home location. If you go over your included hours, overage pricing applies — ask the on-site team or Lillian for the current rate. Published non-member rates are $39/hour at Beverly and Cohasset, $49/hour at Canton and Hingham.
Can I bring clients in for a meeting?
Yes — book a meeting room with your included hours, arrive a few minutes early, bring them through to the conference room. The coworking area itself is shared, so for confidential conversations, use a room. Non-members visiting are welcome.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No — all coworking plans are month-to-month. Sixty days' notice if you want to leave. No setup fees, no pro-rated cancellation.
Do I get mail and package handling with a coworking membership?
Full-time coworking plans include mail and package receipt at the location address. Part-time plans don't include mail by default, but members who need it can add a Virtual Office tier on top of coworking. For the detailed mix, talk to us on the tour.
Can I try it before committing?
A tour is the fastest way to see the space in motion — come midday on a workday and you'll see actual members at actual desks. Book a tour and we'll set it up.
