The $39/hour non-member rate makes a two-hour client meeting $78 all-in, a fair price compared to a hotel conference room or driving deeper into Boston. Pull into the Workspace Beverly lot off Route 128 at Exit 19. Covered parking is at the front door. The on-site team will greet you and walk you directly to the room, no wandering around a campus map.
Is parking included and covered?
Yes. The Workspace Beverly suite has covered parking steps from the entrance. Free for you and your guests, no meters or permits. On winter days, you and your clients can go door-to-door without a coat.
What's the rate for non-members?
$39/hour at Beverly, the same rate as Cohasset, lower than our Braintree/Canton/Hingham rate. Book by the hour, pay by the hour, no day-rate minimum, no setup fee.
Can clients coming in from Boston get here easily?
Yes. The North Shore MBTA commuter rail runs to Beverly (roughly a fifteen-minute drive from our suite), and Route 128 at Exit 19 is the main driving route from Boston. Many of our clients pick Beverly when some participants are coming from Boston and others are local to the North Shore, it's a neutral meeting point that's accessible to both.
Can I book recurring meeting slots?
