Program Description

Workspace operates an internal SMS notification system that sends automated alerts to the business owner when the after-hours AI assistant completes a call with a prospective customer.

Who Receives Messages

These messages are sent exclusively to the Workspace business owner (Justin Moran) for internal operational purposes. This is not a public-facing SMS marketing program.

Message Frequency

Messages are sent only when an after-hours call is completed. Frequency varies based on call volume, typically 0-5 messages per day.

Message Content

Messages contain: caller phone number, call time, and a notification that a transcript has been sent to the business email inbox.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future notifications. Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy

Call transcript data is handled in accordance with Workspace's Privacy Policy at workspacema.com/privacy. No personal data is shared with third parties.
