Yes — meeting rooms are bookable by the hour on top of your day pass at our published non-member rates ($39/hour at Beverly and Cohasset, $49/hour at Braintree, Canton, and Hingham). If you expect to use meeting rooms often, a coworking membership includes monthly meeting-room hours bundled in.

A day pass covers one person at one desk. If you're meeting a client, a colleague, or running a working session with someone else, book a meeting room for that portion of the day so both of you have a proper spot. Anyone else joining you at a shared desk needs their own day pass.

Yes. Every Workspace location has free parking at the building, including covered parking at Cummings Center (Beverly), covered solar parking at Canton, the commuter-rail lot at Cohasset, and a full lot at 350 Lincoln St (Hingham). No meters, no permits, no separate fee.

A day pass is pay-as-you-go with no commitment, good for occasional drop-ins. A coworking membership starts at $129/month and includes unlimited access during business hours, bundled meeting-room hours, mail receipt at the location, and a small-business community of other regulars. If you're coming in more than five times a month, the monthly plan is cheaper than stacking day passes.

Day passes are available at Canton, Cohasset, Hingham, and Beverly — the four locations with coworking floors. Workspace Braintree is private-office-only and doesn't offer coworking day passes. If you're near Braintree, the Hingham or Canton location is typically the better fit.
